I take great care in packaging each piece to arrive safely. Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
In the rare case of damage during shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or offering a partial refund for damaged items.
